A hot meal in 4 simple steps.
Prepare the pouch
Remove the outer wrapper and lay the heating pouch flat in the bottom compartment. Do not cut or pierce the pouch itself.
Add water & food
Pour about 200 ml of normal tap water onto the pouch. Then place the aluminium food tray on top.
Close the box
Close the lid tightly right away. Heating starts by itself. Keep it closed for 2–3 minutes. Steam from the vent is normal.
Enjoy hot food
Open the lid away from your face. Lift the tray by its edges and enjoy your hot meal.
